Airbus A350 Lavatory | 2008-2011

As the Industrial Design Focal for the A350 Lavatory program, I'm tasked with implementing the design based on Airbus' design specifications into a production product.

Over the past 2.5 years, our design team has worked with Airbus ID to take a serious look at the quality and usability of lavatories; a part of the aircraft experience that passengers often dread. I'm looking forward to showing the final product of this collaboration. The amount of research and prototyping required in order to build a large aircraft component is monumental. Airbus plans to deliver its first A350-800's in 2013.
